ROLLA CHAPTER OF BETA SIGMA PSI

CHARITABLE FOUNDATION

Certified as a 501 (c) 3 Charity by the IRS

Effective October 17, 2008

Great news!

Eta Chapter alumni, parents and, friends now have a way to make tax deductable contributions in support of Eta Chapter activities relating to scholarship and chapter facilities.

The purpose of the Foundation, as stated in its Articles of Incorporation, is:

To provide resources and support for the advancement of education, intellectual welfare and development for college age Lutheran and Christian men enrolled for college studies at Missouri University of Science and Technology. including the granting of education scholarships fostering engineering and applied sciences and maintaining and constructing educational facilities by organizing and directing various fund raising activities

The Foundation is served by a five member Board of Directors, each member serving for three years on rotating basis, one of which is appointed by the Rolla Alumni Chapter of Beta Sigma Psi. Its current Board members are:

Neil Wolf – President

Rusty Goldammer – Treasurer

Dave Driemeier – Alumni Board Rep

John Komlos – Member

Art Giesler - Member

While recognizing that this is not the best of times to ask for contributions, it is important to recognize that the Foundation is in its infancy and, has as its long term goal the building of an endowment that can provide for the major financial needs of Eta Chapter as well as expanding the availability of scholarship funds for Lutheran students.

The future will require large sums in today’s terms to maintain the quality environment that we have now. To insure that quality in the chapter’s future we must begin to build these funds now.

You will be learning more, on this website and through direct contact, about the many opportunities to support the Foundations objectives. We are getting organized to work with contributors in all of the generally accepted ways such as wills, trusts, stock transfers and others.

Please give serious consideration to how you want to support the objectives of Eta Chapter of Beta Sigma Psi in your future. For information, please write to:
